The 140 amperage range made me like it the most, especially for flux core welding tasks and thin material stick welding.

This flux core welder worked perfectly with any wire size. However, it could do better for thick metal. They could also do better on the wire feed speed as it was slow, and the settings took me some time to understand. But with time, everything smoothened out.

For Manual Metal Arc Welding, they recommend using 15A input and 160 amp output, which accommodated all the rod sizes and had better welding arc stability. These settings are especially handy for a beginner.
